Returning Items for Repair

If You Are Located Within the United States:

We perform all repairs and service to our transducers in our Chatsworth facility.

If you wish to send in a transducer for repair, you must contact us first and request an RMA (return material authorization) number. We will not accept any repairs without an RMA number.

You can contact us by phone or online.

Please be prepared to give us the complete transducer model number(s), a pre-approved P.O. number and complete shipping, billing and contact information.
