Candidate will design electro-mechanical position transducers. This position is focused on the mechanical design of rotating and translating mechanisms. The job is heavy on design rather than analysis. Candidate should be familiar with designing injection molded, machined, sheet metal and cast parts. Candidate should have a history of successful designs. As we are a small company, tasks include support of manufacturing. Experience with bearings and springs a plus.
The job is never dull. Projects are varied as we serve multiple industries: medical, industrial, testing and aerospace. This is a leadership position. This individual will be driving product design and setting standards for the company. The design software we use is Solidworks.
